Ongeza AgroVet, a leading provider of agricultural products and services, is looking to recruit four (4) experienced and motivated Cluster Managers to oversee retail sales operations across various regions in Tanzania.

Position Title: Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities
-
Supervise a network of retail shops within your assigned region or cluster
-
Lead, coordinate, and monitor daily sales activities to meet monthly sales goals
-
Evaluate and report on the performance of sales teams
-
Conduct monthly stock and product audits
-
Reconcile shop accounts and ensure timely deposit of sales revenue
-
Address team issues, manage conflicts, and support staff development
-
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments (defaulters)
-
Submit comprehensive monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager
-
Ensure responsible use and care of company property and assets
-
Utilize the company’s sales app to track performance metrics and shop activities
-
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
-
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-
Strong background in coaching and mentoring sales personnel
-
Capable of working independently and taking initiative
-
Willingness to travel or relocate as required for operational coverage
