Ongeza AgroVet is a fast-growing organization dedicated to enhancing rural livelihoods through access to high-quality agricultural inputs, services, and knowledge. We are currently looking for four (4) dynamic and driven individuals to join our Customer Service team as interns.
Internship Summary
This is a full-time internship role that involves working in shifts, including weekends. Selected candidates will support both our sales force and customer base in rural communities throughout Tanzania.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Make regular follow-up calls to customers and sales representatives in remote areas

Respond to product- and service-related inquiries from customers
-
Share relevant product information and offer helpful suggestions

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promote client loyalty
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re seeking individuals who meet the following requirements:

Recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or a similar field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A customer-first mindset with excellent listening skills
-
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Proficiency in Kiswahili and solid command of English

Open to working shifts, including weekends and holidays
